📈 7Signal Terms & Risk Disclaimer

Terms of Service & Risk Disclaimer

Read this in full before subscribing. Options trading carries a real and substantial risk of financial loss. If any part of this is unclear, do not sign up until it isn't.

What 7Signal is — and isn't

  1. 17Signal is NOT financial advice. Nothing on this site, in the members feed, or in any signal we deliver constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation that any particular security or strategy is suitable for you. We are not your broker, financial adviser, or fiduciary.
  2. 2We provide algorithmic signal recommendations only — you decide whether to trade. A signal is information, not an instruction. Every decision to enter, size, hold, or exit a position is yours alone.
  3. 6By signing up, you agree you are responsible for your own trading decisions and for any and all outcomes arising from them, including losses.
  4. 12All signals are generated algorithmically, with no human override. No person reviews, filters, curates, or second-guesses a signal before it reaches you.
  5. 137Signal will never recommend a trade that doesn't meet all 7 conditions — no exceptions. The strategy's strictness is the product. We do not relax conditions to manufacture activity on quiet days.

Risk of loss

  1. 3Options trading involves significant risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Options can expire worthless. Leverage can amplify losses as readily as gains.
  2. 4Past performance does not guarantee future results. No track record, however long or favorable, predicts what any future trade will do.
  3. 5You may lose your entire investment. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose in full.

How our performance numbers are produced

  1. 14Win rate is based on backtesting and live paper trading — actual results may vary. Published statistics are derived from simulated or paper-traded positions. They do not represent real money traded in live market conditions, and your own results will differ.

Eligibility

  1. 9You must be 18 or older and legally permitted to trade options in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you, and for holding whatever broker approvals options trading requires where you live.

Execution, timing, and availability

  1. 107Signal is not responsible for broker execution, slippage, or order rejections. What happens between your click and your broker's fill is outside our control and outside our responsibility — including partial fills, price differences from the quoted level, rejected orders, margin or approval-level restrictions, and broker outages.
  2. 11Signals are time-sensitive — delayed execution is the member's responsibility. Option prices move fast. A signal acted on late may be materially worse than the one described, and that difference is yours to bear.
  3. 87Signal reserves the right to pause signals during extreme market conditions — including but not limited to extreme volatility, halted or disorderly markets, or failures in our upstream data sources. Pausing is a risk-control measure and may happen without notice.

Billing and cancellation

  1. 7No refunds on subscription fees for signals already delivered. Once signals have been delivered for a billing period, the fee for that period is non-refundable.
  2. 15Members can cancel anytime — no questions asked. Cancel and you will not be billed again; your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for.
  3. 16We make money when you stay subscribed, not when you trade. We take no commission, no spread, and no cut of your P&L, and we are not compensated by any broker for order flow or referrals. Our incentive is your long-term success.
By creating an account you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all of the terms above, and that you accept full responsibility for your own trading decisions and their outcomes.
